Projects are typically between £250k - £2m in value and often involve changing the useage of a space whether from commecial property to apartments, or leisure/retail space or student accomodation.
Site Manager - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the team working initially on a £2m refurbishment/fitout project in Warminster.
You will be responsible for leading the day to day delivery aspects of the project, overseeing program, H&S, sub-contractors, direct and indirect workforce.
The role will report to a Contracts Manager.Each ongoing project will be varied and local to Bristol/Bath, and the company is able to offer excellent career progression for hard working, loyal individuals.
