Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact or client requests and queries across EMEA ensuring a high standard of service
  • Assist with onboarding of new accounts
  • Work with internal teams to respond to and manage client requests
  • Work with internal teams to ensure client and portfolio reporting
  • Assistwith client review meetings/callsand other
  • Manage CRM system

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree(min 2.1)
  • 57 years experience in similarclient service role within financial services
  • IMC or similar industry qualification
  • Demonstrable Interest in sustainability/ESG
  • ExcellentMicrosoft office skills (Powerpoint/Excel/Word)
