    We currently have an excellent opportunity for a customer service representative.

    In this role you would be managing your own portfolio of customers of our Capita Intelligent Communications business ensuring that their queries and requests are handled in an efficient and effective manner.

    We are looking for someone who has great communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a busy and exciting mailroom In return you will work within a friendly and knowledgeable team with scope to learn and progress, here at Capita there are many ways to enhance your skills through training and development programmes.

    This role is based in our Lingfield Point office in Darlington, once fully trained there are options to work from home once a week.

    Understand our clients and service provision
    Develop and maintain a collaboration with Client Services Midlands
    Directing client complaints or complex queries to Head of Client Services
    Support the onboarding process of new clients/services
    Mail room experience would be an advantage but not essential for the role as full training will be given

    Managing the flow - in and out - of huge daily volumes of data and information is a challenge for many organisations to carry out efficiently.
