A leading MSP is looking for an IT Field Engineer to join their friendly team.

They are looking for a positive-mindedindividual who is able to deal with technical issues in a pressurised and time sensitive environment while maintaining a high quality of customer service.

Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Visiting client sites on a regular basis, acting as the first point of contact for technical support issues
Liaising with customers and providing information to aid them in their day to day IT related activities
Liaising with 3rd party suppliers/solution providers to address customer tickets
Allocating more complex tickets to the relevant senior technicians
Logging and addressing any software or hardware problems detected while on site
