    Description

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Pediatric Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics, you will provide specialized care to infants, children, and adolescents.

    Your role will involve assessing patients, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young patients.


    Duties:

    • Perform comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients, including physical examinations and medical history reviews
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor vital signs and observe patient behavior to identify any changes or potential complications
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures
    • Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United Kingdom.
    • Minimum of 1years of experience in paediatric nursing preferred
    • Indepth knowledge of paediatric anatomy, physiology, and developmental stages
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
    • Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
    • Proficient computer skills for accurate record keeping

    Preferential:

    • Experience of working within a Paediatric ICU, Paediatric Community setting or Both.
