Are you looking to jump start your career in finance? Are you a graduate looking for your first finance role? Do you want to develop your finance skills further? This role could be for you

We are currently working with a reputable housing association who are looking to expand their team to include a finance assistant on a 6 month placement, they have a really fun, dynamic team and the manager is a lovely, down to earth person who is excited to have someone new join the team

Training will be provided in person, but after that the role will be almost fully remote (one a month from the office) Their offices are based in Haverfordwest

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring purchase invoices and transactions are correctly recorded in the system
Accurately record supplier balances and reconcile them with the ledgers
Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly reports

Person specification:

Either: someone with some experience in finance, a finance graduate looking for their first role, an administrator with a keen eye for detail wanting to get into finance

Very strong attention to detail
Can work in fast paced, high volume environments
Can start on the 22nd May
