**Studio and Events Administrator- Kirkstall Rd, Leeds**
Fantastic Opportunity for a Community Interest Company
22 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00, initial 1 year term as per National Lottery Funding
Our client is a creative studio which hosts comfortable studios spaces, safe spaces for workshops and a bold gallery space centred around innovation and inclusivity.
They also feature a collective of associated artists whose work radically uplifts under-represented creatives with empathy and warmth to realise the potential of those often overlooked by traditional art institutions.

You would be an integral part of a small and proactive team used to turning their hand to all aspects of running exhibitions, events and workshop programmes.
Occasional activities will require evening and/or weekend commitments and travel, and flexibility in working hours will be discussed and agreed in these cases.

More about the role
This is a multi-faceted role with the opportunity to put your mark on the efficient administration of tasks across various functions of the business
These include:
- Public Communication work with the Gallery team to ensure exhibitions and open calls are communicated effectively through social media, networks, mailing lists and events sites, maintain databases for mailing lists, working with the team and studio membersto produce and send newsletters and public information.

This team member will be able to manage their own travel and workload responsibly and engage with their work which contributes to the growth of our client's service offering.
We're looking for someone who is respectful of neurodiversity, who wishes to make a difference to their community and who is proactive continuously developing the services we offer to our clients.
Ideally, you will have a proven track record of office and admin skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrable interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of people face to face.
An interest in community engagement and working with the public is key.
Excellent telephone manner is required for this role.
