Our client, a well-established and dynamic company based in Worthing, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

In this role, you will play a vital role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our client's values and goals.

What you'll be doing:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to extending offers and onboarding.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and potential future hires.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

What you'll bring to the team:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to identify and attract top talent.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A passion for creating positive candidate experiences
