We are looking for Marketing Leads to join our Engagement team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new cross functional 'agile' squad to be the SME for Marketing and set the marketing strategy and approach.
You will be required to develop a fit for purpose strategic marketing approach and work with marketing teams to deliver against plans.
This role will work closely with marketing delivery teams to ensure best practice deployment and appropriate use of all marketing capabilities to drive desired squad outcomes.
The engagement team establishes and delivers connected digital first customer engagement journeys that support Group strategy, deepen customer relationships & align to our company brand.
About the roleAct as a marketing SME to create fit for purpose marketing strategies and plans.
Plan execution and delivery working closely with marketing teams.
Support the Head of Engagement Experience in delivering core components and capabilities to mature our engagement capability.
Play a lead role in the delivery squads, accountable for delivering the marketing plan in line with KPI's.
Build strong relationships with peers in supporting SME teams & projects co-ordinating across the B&M identifying where a brief is required and feeding work in using the new B&M workflow processes.
Lead the content planning, copywriting and content design approach & own the creation and sign-off of assets.About you
Good grasp of the life & pensions industry & customer sets
Broad B2C and/or B2B marketing experience across disciplines
Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation & Marketing technology integrations
Experience of delivering journey-led automated, triggered communications
Proficiency in experience design methodology
Understanding of agile principles and working within a squad set up
