Our client is a globally leading pharmaceutical company, who are looking for a Customer Services Partner to join their Welwyn-based team.

This is a 12-month contract, until April 2024, and the client is happy to consider hybrid working arrangements.


Requirements:


  • Independently leads on businesscritical activities within the Chapter and supports the development of other Chapter members. Proactively collaborates with squads, chapters, global teams and external organisations on specific business challenges and leads on high level interactions with customers and suppliers. Promotes continual improvement and agile working in Customer Care and Supply Chain processes, suppliers, systems and capabilities,
  • Provides expert level leadership on more complex business challenges and strategy and is able to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization, locally and globally. Actively supports the development of Chapter Members.
