We have been mandated by an aviation industry leader seeking to appoint a Programme Manager who will lead one of their complex next-generation engineering programmes.

Our client is looking for

Experience and understanding of Programmebased policies, processes, tools and standards across the complete PM lifecycle;
Ability to assimilate complexity;
Proven record of leadership, to include outstanding communication skills;
Ability to support mentoring and development of less experienced teammembers;
Aviation programme experience;
Technical experience to support engineering interactions;
Civil and military aerospace programme delivery including awareness of regulatory environments.
