Training and Development Trainer


Salary:
£27,000 - £35,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful wealth management firm, in the training and development space.

As a Training and Development Trainer, you will be responsible for all aspects of development for operational staff including administrationand compliance.

Our client is looking for an individual with at least two years' experience in a training role and knowledge of IT systems such as Salesforce.


Training and Development Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a training programme for operational areas of the business alongside the training and development manager
  • Manage and run specialised training sessions and programmes
  • Coaching and mentoring new administrators and Adviser Assistants
  • Assist with long term professional development of staff
  • Leading personal development programs, fostering continuous improvement
  • Working and supporting line managers to resolve specific training problems

Training and Development Trainer Essentials:

  • Ideally have experience of developing and delivering training programmes
  • Ideally a learning and development qualification
  • Strong soft/people skills
