    AboutThe Role

    Our mission is to delivera class leading E/E platform with an extensive feature set offeringPure Progressive Performance to provide a Customer Experience thatexceeds their expectations. You are exposed to all aspects of thebusiness this provides the opportunity to collaborate with multipleteams to ensure all software functions and features across the fullvehicle are delivered and implemented against programme timing. Asa Senior Integration Engineer you will support the PrincipalEngineer to ensure reliability functionality and performance of ourElectrical systems.

    As a Senior IntegrationEngineer for the whole vehicle youwill;

    • Work collaboratively withVehicle Engineering Electrical Architecture & CommodityTeams to specify requirements and forecast compatibility ofsoftware and feature changes into an Integration PointRelease
    • Lead and coordinate featurecompatibility & software delivery timing reviews to ensurebusiness and customer requirements are met for each IntegrationPoint.
    • Perform complete vehicle level softwareintegration including regression testing and feature validation.Providing feedback to stakeholders in support of software releasescapturing appropriate data for comprehensive problem statementswhen issues arise.
    • Facilitate Issue managementforums driving issue management toolsets and coordinatinginvestigation workstreams.
    • Be responsible forthe coordinated investigation of complex debugging leading andtracking root cause analysis workstreams ensuring timely closure ofissues/implementation to achieve programmetiming.
    • Manage and coordinate rig build andprototype vehicle fleet software and car configuration releaseplanning integration andvalidation.

    Mandatoryskills

    • Knowledge ofAutomotive Product development cycle with emphasis on softwareintegration release test andvalidation.
    • Practical experience with vehiclenetwork architectures CAN LIN FlexRay and Ethernet /DoIP.
    • Proven capability using diagnostic testand data logging tools (Vector CANoe / CANape / CANalyser INCA orequivalent)
    • Experience in interpreting circuitdiagrams and investigating electricalcircuits.
    • Experience of test and development ontest properties such as rigs and labcars.
    • Experience of diagnostic commissioningand manufacturing processes VCATS End of Line &WAHA/RORO
    • Understanding of UDS (ISO 14229)Functional Safety (ISO Cyber Security (ISO and SUMS(ISO 24089)
    • Knowledge of issue managementsystems like CCAR / Kanban / JIRA
    • Relevantexperience in software / electrical integration or test role withinthe automotive industry.
    • Full UK DriversLicense with comprehensive drivingcompetence

    Desirableskills

    • Knowledge ofautomotive development systems e.g. releasing ICA / PCA Programmegateways and engineering sign offdocumentation.
    • Experience working with Hybridor BEV architecture vehicles.
    • Builds positiveand constructive relationships and is aware of others needs anduses this to work well together.
    • Notices issuesand seeks to address stakeholder and customerconcerns.
    • Skilled and accurate planningcapabilities including identifying and managing deliveryrisks.
