Our client a local company based in High Wycombe is looking for an Experienced Full Time Inventory & Finance Administrator.

You will be working within a team of 4 and also supporting the accounts department mainly within an accounts payable function andstock management, assisting the Financial Controller with any other tasks.


Main responsibilities to include but not exclusive to:

  • Processing purchase invoices into Sage and Tesseract
  • Ordering stock for Tier 2 Engineers and arranging delivery to lock up
  • Creating monthly stock take for Engineers
  • Dealing with congestion charge for 32 vehicles
  • Continual review and update of "goods in, deliveries and stock received" recorded accurately on system
  • Monthly stock take controls warehouse & ultraguard
  • Admin support for all fleet information, tracking, parking apps and congestion charges etc
  • To maintain good working relationships with all personnel
  • To work closely with Customer Service

Essential Criteria:

  • Clear, accurate and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and confident approach.
  • Mixed all rounder with a mixture of Finance and Administration
  • Strong communication skill both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Able to multitask
