Our client a local company based in High Wycombe is looking for an Experienced Full Time Inventory & Finance Administrator.
You will be working within a team of 4 and also supporting the accounts department mainly within an accounts payable function andstock management, assisting the Financial Controller with any other tasks.
Main responsibilities to include but not exclusive to:
- Processing purchase invoices into Sage and Tesseract
- Ordering stock for Tier 2 Engineers and arranging delivery to lock up
- Creating monthly stock take for Engineers
- Dealing with congestion charge for 32 vehicles
- Continual review and update of "goods in, deliveries and stock received" recorded accurately on system
- Monthly stock take controls warehouse & ultraguard
- Admin support for all fleet information, tracking, parking apps and congestion charges etc
- To maintain good working relationships with all personnel
- To work closely with Customer Service
Essential Criteria:
- Clear, accurate and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and confident approach.
- Mixed all rounder with a mixture of Finance and Administration
- Strong communication skill both written and verbal.
- Proactive and able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent organization skills
- Able to multitask
