    Are you an excellent leader with a passion for healthcare? We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Nursing Home Manager role with our client, an award-winning organisation with over 35 years of experience in the care industry.

    As the Nursing Home Manager, you'll enjoy a yearly salary of £60,000 and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of residents at a care centre in Haslemere. This on-site role offers the opportunity to manage a team and ensure the highest level of care is provided.

    Our client is a family-owned group of care services with an impressive portfolio of ten residential care centres, two rehabilitation centres, and two home care agencies. Located across Surrey, South London, and Middlesex, they are committed to providing top-quality care to their community.

    As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be:
    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care centre
    • Demonstrating excellent leadership and effective communication
    • Managing a team to ensure the highest level of care for residents
    • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
