    Contact/Call centre Advisor
    22 per hour PAYE
    My high-profile banking client are recruiting for multiple Contact/Call centre advisor.

    The role is a Hybrid role which will require the candidate to work on site 3 days a week and 2 days from home, working normal office hours 9-5.

    Responds to all shareholder queries received by phone, email, letter or webchat. 80% of the role is phone based and the other 20% is investigating cases.
    Places telephone trades in accordance with instructions received.
    Responds to straightforward questions about shareholder accounts and provides more advanced technical assistance.
    Investigates errors in shareholder accounts and statements.
    Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
