Job Details
The successful applicant will join the team to deliver a state-of-the-art thoracic surgery programme to the Humber and North Yorkshire region. The applicant should be able to demonstrate a clear career progression that is clearly dedicated towards an independent thoracic surgical practice. The applicant should be able to undertake open and VATS lung resections independently and have evidence of substantial first operator experience and an audit of positive patient outcomes. The successful applicant will also be expected to provide emergency cover at other HUTH hospitals, such as Hull Royal Infirmary when on call. We work closely with the major trauma centre with input as required.
