- The role includes working with our Transport Planning team and Technical teams on overseeing all aspects of fleet management, including servicing, repairs, compliance with regulations, and procurement.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management, strong mechanical aptitude, and an eye for detail.
- The role includes the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including our technical team, management, and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet while upholding compliance and optimizing efficiency.
- Ensure company vehicles are serviced & maintained within manufacturers' recommendations and in accordance with Crozier UK's operator's license.
- Liaise with service agents to ensure minimum fleet downtime.
- Deliver and collect trucks from MOT testing centers and repair shops.
- Order stock parts for fleet vehicles and plant equipment.
- Assist with project management of new vehicle procurement.
- Project checking on new vehicle acquisitions, maintenance, and compliance.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance on all company vehicles.
- Oversee Congestion Charge account.
- Oversee the London Borough Transport Scheme for vehicles 18ton GVW+.
- Ensure that all relevant legal requirements of the operator's license are understood, communicated, and carried out.
- Ensure digital and analogue tachograph data is analyzed quarterly.
- Liaise with motor insurance providers regarding claims.
- Experience running fleet vehicles.
- Experience repairing fleet vehicles & plant & equipment.
- Level D – Aviation Security Training.
- HGV license (CPC).
