The role

What you'll do
Key responsibilities in this role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Coordination: From organising briefing calls with hiring managers, to organising interviews, you will coordinate every part of the recruitment process.
  • Strategic talent projects: Drive / support essential projects such as employer branding, referral programmes, apprenticeship scheme, collaborations with external peertopeer networks and employee resource groups.
  • Diversity representation: Embed diversity and inclusivity principles into every stage of the sourcing and hiring process. Use data driven insights to drive progress and bring forward ideas and suggestions to the Talent and People team.

About you
What you'll need

  • 2 years + recruiting experience inhouse for a startup or scale up, with proven tech recruitment experience;
  • Organised and meticulous: your structured approach to prioritisation and project management ensures high quality output. You'll have strong time management skills, and a proven ability to multitask;
  • Demonstratable experience with an ATS
  • TeamTailor would be advantageous but not essential;
  • You'll have a professional, willing and 'can do' attitude, and an ability to work in a fastpaced environment;
  • Excellent attention to detail, as well as the ability to think creatively;
  • You'll have a proactive and forward looking approach, you'll be able to demonstrate initiative and will take ownership of your work.
