- Assist in client migration projects to online accounting platforms, like Xero.
- Prepare both management and financial accounts along with personal and corporation tax returns.
- Oversee and lead a small team, ensuring exceptional technical standards and meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilize a problem-solving mindset and consistently fulfill commitments.
- Cultivate and uphold strong client relationships, conducting monthly meetings to aid in managing accounts and implementing Xero.
- Deliver responsive, high-quality service to address client requirements effectively.
- Ideally hold ACA or ACCA qualification, but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in an accountancy practice, particularly in transitioning clients to online accounting platforms such as Xero.
- Demonstrated capability in preparing financial statements and tax returns.
- Experience in supervising or managing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at fostering client relationships.
- Exhibit a professional, supportive, nurturing, and amiable demeanor with both colleagues and clients.
