Bodmin, Cornwall


Salary:
£22,000 - £23,000 per annum


Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting products and assisting customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant in Bodmin.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accuracy in order entry.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, fostering positive relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
  • Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and forwarding leads to the sales team.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
