£22,000 - £23,000 per annum
Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting products and assisting customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant in Bodmin.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
- Process customer orders and ensure accuracy in order entry.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, fostering positive relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
- Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and forwarding leads to the sales team.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Highly organized and detailoriented.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
