    Description

    We are in search of an experienced payroll administrator to join our expanding Payroll Bureau Team. If you can work independently, meet deadlines in a busy yet friendly team, and showcase good communication and excellent customer service skills, you're the one we need.

    With expertise in Sage 50 Payroll, your responsibilities will involve processing payrolls for various companies of different sizes on different schedules. Your tasks will include entering new employees, handling salary changes, and managing personal details. Experience with workplace pensions setup and processing is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and annual payrolls
    • Handle employee benefits
    • Submit RTI reports to HMRC
    • Execute year-end processes including P60s
    • Preferably have experience with Sage Payroll
    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Deal with confidential information
    • Showcase analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Handle payrolls with over 100 employees
    • Experience with NEST, People's pension, True potential, and others

    Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

    Start Date: Immediate

    Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary Range: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Bureau payroll (Preferred)
