Description

The key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare agendas, meeting papers and minutes for a range of committees and groups.
  • Responsible for the booking and organisation of rooms for meetings.
  • Work with Senior Management team, Directors of Professional Service and Heads of Department to update the School's Risk Register.
  • Prepare papers, reports, spreadsheets and other statistical analyses in relation to governance and risk management.

Profile

Person specification:

  • Experience of running committee meetings efficiently including accurate minute taking.
  • Understanding of risk management and experience of maintaining and updating risk registers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral able to deal with colleagues of differing seniority.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Office and Adobe.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience within higher education.
