Description
The key responsibilities include:
- Prepare agendas, meeting papers and minutes for a range of committees and groups.
- Responsible for the booking and organisation of rooms for meetings.
- Work with Senior Management team, Directors of Professional Service and Heads of Department to update the School's Risk Register.
- Prepare papers, reports, spreadsheets and other statistical analyses in relation to governance and risk management.
Profile
Person specification:
- Experience of running committee meetings efficiently including accurate minute taking.
- Understanding of risk management and experience of maintaining and updating risk registers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral able to deal with colleagues of differing seniority.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Office and Adobe.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience within higher education.
