Insurance Customer Service assistant

Barker Munro recruitment is offering a superb opportunity for an experienced customer services administrator to move into the world of insurance.

You will be trained how to deal with Motor Claims offering you a great career path.

We are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, using own initiative
  • Good IT skills and ability to use a variety of systems
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations/insurance an advantage but not essential.
  • Good problem solving skills
