This Infrastructure Engineer role is suitable for someone that is use to traditional support as well as delivery. This is a varied role which will provide you with multiple opportunities to grow your career. Strong windows server experience is also a requirementto be successful within this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- To Support and Manage all Corporate Infrastructure. Complimenting the standard support from SCC Managed Services.
- Support of both WinTel & Linux Servers.
- Support Incident, Changes, Moves, Implementations, Infrastructure Applications
- Regular reviews of DR & Backup Services (Coverage, Dr Plans, Dr Tests ) to ensure Services are still needed, accurate, tested and maintain our security.
- Support in the remediation of Corporate Infrastructure specifically output from Vulnerability Scanning, Pen Tests, Health Checks, spot checks.
- Regular reviews of Security practices and compliance (Antivirus, patching compliance) to ensure all corporate infrastructure on the latest supported versions.
Skills, Experience, Knowledge:
- Proven experience providing coordination support to complex business functions
- Experienced Microsoft Excel user
- Commercial experience in roles contributory to, or managing, IT Infrastructure and networks
- Stakeholder management skills
