An opportunity has arisen for a creative and confident individual to undertake a new Recruitment Coordinator role within the Recruitment team.
The role will be responsible for coordinating a variety of recruitment activities, including continuing the development of recruitment processes currently in place and coordinating volume recruitment processes.
The post holder will also be required to attend outreach events across the county so must feel comfortable engaging with members of the public and delivering presentations.
You will need exceptional verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to produce recruitment documentation, processes and present this to internal and external customers.
You should have strong organisational and planning skills and be able to manage multiple recruitment processes at the same time.
Experience of using different recruitment and selection methods and systems for large scale recruitment processes would also be a desirable.
Experience of Microsoft Office Products is essential as you will be required to produce reports and documents to support recruitment processes.
You will be required to be educated to GCSE level of equivalent, be self-motivated, flexible and capable of working on your own initiative, and as part of a team.
Successful applicants for this role will be defined as an; Office based Agile Worker - Office based agile working with designated team area.
