Description

Working as a key member of the stores and goods in team you will be required to support in all goods in, works order kitting and other stores supporting roles.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely goods in operations on receipt of goods from suppliers.
Daily works order kitting activities.
Support in cable and conduit preparation processes
Support in parts cleaning when required.
Provide support in allocating daily goods to kitting shortages.
Ensure goods in are booked in and accurately allocated to Bins within the stores department.
Provide support in general stores housekeeping activities.
When time permits, support the Supervisor with weekly stock taking activities as required.
Daily review of shop floor line stocks.
Notifying managers and supervisors of shortages.
To work independently and efficiently as directed by management.
Follow all health and safety requirements as guided by the Company
Follow work methods and practices in line with the Company Quality Systems.
Responsibility for continued personal development.

Skills and qualifications

Well organised administrator.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Multitasking ability.
Competent written and oral communication skills.
Experience using Microsoft packages required for documentation production and communication.
Works well as part of a team
Selfmotivated.
Focused, organised and methodical approach to tasks
Able to work well within a fastpaced environment.
Good attention to detail.
