Salary - £14,000 per annum

Working hours - Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am -4pm (39 hours)

What's Involved?
Working within the Business Support team, you will be a vital cog in the Procladd machine.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Dealing with telephone queries via Mitel
Integrated Management System admin
Opening & Stamping Mail
Communicating internally and externally via Outlook
Checking Order Numbers on receipt of Invoices
General Support with Procurement e.g., Copying/Filing Invoices
Scanning Documents to our Server
Setting Up Job Files and Creating Additional Job File Labels
Creating Posters/Signs for Site
Dealing with Site Daily Reports
Maintaining Office Stock (PPE/Drill Bits)
Bellshill Stock Control List
Assisting with O&M Manuals & Guarantees
Collating Vehicle Checklist
Printing/Folding Drawings
Outgoing Post/Recorded Deliveries
Greeting Visitors and accepting deliveries onto site
Organising Lunch for Training

What do they need from you?

Be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate organisational and follow up skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team.
Be able to follow instructions.
