The RoleYou will have extensive experience in the automotive value add product market, with a proven track record of success in business development.
You will be accountable for revenue growth and expansion of our clients' maintenance plan product across Scotland and support the field team in developing their maintenance product pipeline as well as achieving new business wins.
Responsibilities:
Drive business revenue, growth and client satisfaction and develop/implement a strategic pipeline of new customers.
Build relationships with and influence new key decision makers to engage them in the maintenance portfolio of products.
Full accountability and responsibility for the delivery and implementation of growth opportunities.
Stay up to date with the capabilities and offerings of all competitors in the industry that offer similar products and clearly articulate the advantages of our clients offering.
Be aware of risk to client partnerships and act efficiently to mitigate risk of business loss across all products.Your Background:
You will have a background in driving substantial growth and passion for building relationships with car retailers across the UK
Skills Required:
A proven track record of business development across the automotive dealer world and understand how to help dealers exceed their goals and targets.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to identify performance gaps, devising, setting & delivering SMART development action plans and be able to hold regular performance reviews.
Excellent communication skills and knowledge about the automotive industry and value-added products is essential to this role.You must be self-motivated, highly organised, IT literate with the ability you to motivate, train and develop individuals to perform at the highest levelEstablish trusted relationships with each client to drive loyalty.
You can work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment.You are organised and reliable and have a systematic way of working.
