    Description

    Chronos Energy are working closely with a developer & operator of District Heating schemes who are looking for a Project Manager within the Heat Network sector.

    The company operate large District Heating schemes across major cities & towns across the UK with large plans for expansion over the coming years.

    The Project Manager will be effectively managing construction projects within the Midlands and North regions and the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil project activities, and coordinate with the Engineers, Designers, Planners and QS/Legal teams.


    Roles and Responsibilities:


    Adhere to project delivery systems and proceduresEnsuring all deliverables are to the required standard and specificationManaging the timely production of O&M manuals with the Principal designerMaintain effective working relationships with project sponsors and other key stakeholders.

    Carrying out weekly/monthly project progress reportsWorking with the planner in order to track, monitor and report project status to senior managementPlanning, allocation and management of resources.

    Mananging and owning the project budgets and produce monthly financial reports with the project QSSkills and Experience:
    HNC/Degree level in either a mechanical or electrical discipline.
    CSCS Project Manager CardSMSTS QualifiedNRSWA cardExperience of delivering multi-million pound M&E/Civil Projects with a diverse project delivery team and have extensive project managerment experienceCommercial/contract experience
