- Manage distribution of maintenance requests to the maintenance team, prioritize based on urgency, giving priority to emergencies
- Organize and monitor maintenance requests in OneSite to ensure completion within 24 hours
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and vendors
- Schedule all contractor work, ensuring clear communication of repairs to residents
- Handle the issuance of apartment keys to authorized persons
- Request and process new vendor documentation
- Supervise contractor repairs, inspect completed work for accuracy and satisfaction, and approve the job upon completion
- Effectively communicate completed repairs to residents
- Generate daily reports on outstanding and completed service requests
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in Outlook, OneSite
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Fundamental understanding of the internet
- Capability to access all areas of the property and amenities, both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or handle weights independently up to 35 lbs. and up to 75 lbs. with assistance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Professional Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative support position is necessary. Basic knowledge of maintenance is essential, with a preference for property management/maintenance experience.
Attendance/Travel Requirements:
This position demands flexibility to work any day of the week, all year round. Due to property staffing constraints, it is crucial for individuals to adhere to their assigned hours consistently and work overtime when needed. Availability for on-call duty is essential. Occasional travel may be required to attend owner-related events, either locally or in another state. Attendance at after-hours resident events is also mandatory.
