- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to prepare and submit tender proposals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements and project specifications to ensure accurate and competitive bidding.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather the necessary information and documentation required for tender submissions.
- Review and analyse tender documents, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Support the development of pricing strategies and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of tender information, including documents, correspondence, and deadlines.
- Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts with customers.
- Minimum requirements are 5 GCSEs Grade A- C or 3-8, including Mathematics, English Language and Science.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in tendering, bid management, or project management is preferred but not essential.
