Description

As an Employment Solicitor within this esteemed practice, one will handle a diverse caseload, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment-related matters. This includes, but is not limited to, drafting and negotiating employment contracts, advising on redundancy procedures, and representing clients in employment tribunals.
The firm is searching for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE, who has a proven track record in employment law. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate the ability to provide clear, concise, and practical advice. A strong commercial acumen, coupled with the capacity to build and maintain client relationships, is essential.
Experience in advocacy and a thorough understanding of the litigation process will be highly regarded. The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, is crucial, along with a commitment to delivering high standards of client service.
