- Act as a first point of contact for customers

- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Offer technical support to customers
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- General office administrative tasks
- Monday to Friday
- Salary around £25,000

- Previous Customer Service/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience is desirable
- SAP/Salesforce experience advantageous
- Ability to provide excellent customer service

Customer Service Representative
I am currently in the market for a Customer Service Representative to join my established, specialist client based in South Derbyshire on a permanent basis.
I am looking for an individual who can offer my clients customers excellent levels of customer service, product/technical support as well as wanting to learn new skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role; ideally an enthusiastic and vibrant individual who has a passion for providing top-tier customer service and problem solving.
Full training will be provided.
Transport required due to client location.
