- Optimise the performance of allmachinery, plant, buildings and services through effective engineering, tominimise machine down time and optimise OEE.
- Work alongside productioncolleagues to optimise process set up and control system configurations so asto achieve maximum yield and process control performance
- Develop and work on effectivepreventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs, responding timely andproactively to plant and equipment faults.
- Through structured continuousimprovement devise initiatives to increase efficiencies and reduce costs andimplement engineering projects as appropriate
- Support the installation andcommissioning of new plant and equipment.
- Provide rapid efficientresponse to reactive maintenance minimising downtime

They offer guaranteedsecure long-term employment and have recently been rated by a survey taken byexisting staff members as an excellent company to work for.
The s alary is market leading and the best in the area, 6% pension, private healthcare and death in service 4 times your salary .
The shiftpattern is 3 days on 3 days off then 3 nights on 3 nights off with the optionof starting at 6am or 7am.
