    Based in the Cookstown area my client is oneof the top brands and best employers in Northern Ireland. Due to the hugeexpansion of their factory they are currently recruiting additional MaintenanceEngineers. This is a great opportunity to join a business who is investing inthe best machinery and work environment possible. They offer guaranteedsecure long-term employment and have recently been rated by a survey taken byexisting staff members as an excellent company to work for. The s alary is market leading and the best in the area, 6% pension, private healthcare and death in service 4 times your salary . The shiftpattern is 3 days on 3 days off then 3 nights on 3 nights off with the optionof starting at 6am or 7am.

    Role – Maintenance Engineer

    · Optimise the performance of allmachinery, plant, buildings and services through effective engineering, tominimise machine down time and optimise OEE.

    · Work alongside productioncolleagues to optimise process set up and control system configurations so asto achieve maximum yield and process control performance

    · Develop and work on effectivepreventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs, responding timely andproactively to plant and equipment faults.

    · Through structured continuousimprovement devise initiatives to increase efficiencies and reduce costs andimplement engineering projects as appropriate

    · Support the installation andcommissioning of new plant and equipment.

    · Provide rapid efficientresponse to reactive maintenance minimising downtime

    Person – Maintenance Engineer

    · If youare interested in applying you must be a time served electrician withmechanical experience working in a manufacturing environment or a Mechatricianwith experience working in a manufacturing environment.
