    Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor seeking a new challenge? Look no further

    My client is a progressive Top 100 law firm, that is expanding its Employment team into their new Bristol offices. With a strong presence in the South West, my client thrives on unlocking potential and creating lasting positive impacts for our clients, colleagues, and communities.

    As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in growing and developing the Employment team in Bristol. Your responsibilities will include effective delivery of work, client management, and contributing to the business development activities and once established, you'll have the opportunity for line management and team growth.

    In this role you will be efficiently delivering work on your own matters, building strong relationships with clients and referrers, exceeding service expectations, identifying, selecting and manage external experts or consultants, developing a profile as an established expert in Employment law, contributing ideas to the business plan and demonstrating new business success from BD activities.

    The ideal individual will be:

  • A Qualified Solicitor with 6+ PQE.
  • Previous experience in an Employment team.
  • Strong client management skills, focusing on delivering excellent client service.
  • Proven ability to win new business through successful BD activity.
  • Ability to supervise and line manage a small team.
