Transport Administrator 4O4O Nights
Are you passionate about logistics? Looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience within a busy operational office environment?


As an inclusive, forward-thinking business, we take pride in our approach to meeting driver legislation requirements across Avara Foods at all times and are looking for a highly competent and motivated Transport Administrator to join our Logistics Team, based at our Brackley Site.


Salary:


£23, £ shift allowance

Working hours are 4 ON 4 OFF 18:00 - 06:00

Purpose of the role:
As a Transport Administrator, you will work alongside the logistic section manager. You will monitor all driver documents and ensure that legislation is met at all times.

The Transport Administrator will be responsible for booking drivers, CPC card checks, timesheets, key ownership and allocation, driver prep to include printing maps, scanning and entering all de brief information into our database.

You will also be required to generate KPI'S for the senior logistic team.


What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience of working in a busy transport or logistics team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good Numerical skills
  • Computer literate
