Shopper Marketing Specialist - London/Hybrid - 12 Months - £44KNew opening with our Prestigious Global Client in the Food and Beverage Industry.
They are looking for a Customer Marketing SME to join their team. Initially this will be a 12 month contract with the opportunity to become permanent after 12 months. The salary on offer is £44K pro rata
As the Marketing SME (Convenience Lead) you will be responsible for defining the convenience channel marketing strategy and implementation of 360 shopper and digital marketing plans.
These Plans span across their strategic accounts which are all household names.Day to day, your role will consist of briefing and executing marketing activities across all brands within the business. You will be the main contact for marketing for these accounts. Using customer insight to strengthen plans will be key to your success.
Key Skills Required
- Relevant years of experience in Marketing/Communications in a large organisation or shopper or retail marketing agency. Ideally with strong FMCG industry experience.
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Excellent storytelling [verbal and written] skills.
- Understanding of brand communications and shopper marketing.
- Excellent power point and presentation creation skills.
- Passion for data and measurement
- Channel management: Understanding of how to build, maintain, and evaluate shopper and digital marketing campaigns is Preferred.
- Proven project management support skills has a desire for flawless execution, strong attention to detail and a track record of supporting teams on delivering plans with a measurable result.
- A purposeled individual who can demonstrate cultural sensitivity and personal resilience.
- A real team player. Keeps a balance between personal accountability and delivery through teamwork.
- Has a bias for action, shows accountability and responsibility and has a cando attitude.
- Highly organised with a flexible and adaptable working style.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work at pace, and offer support across concurrent projects.
- An eye for detail: you'll have an instinct for creating impactful content.
