Management Accountant

This is an opportunity to work with an SME business who will offer a very broad range of responsibilities covering all aspects of management accounting and financial analysis as well as some financial accounting responsibility too.

They offer;

Very flexible hybrid working arrangements

Outskirts of Reading location

Key points with this role;

Varied and hands on position across financial analysis, financial and management accounts
Plenty of scope for progression and taking on extra responsibilities
Close working relationship with CFO and FC
Business partnering with CEO and COO in addition to the CFO
Project involvement likely to go through an IPO this year as well as a proposed system change
