Collections Team Leader

  • 37.5 Hours per week Monday to Friday

My client, a growing and progressive company based in Skelmersdale are looking for a Collections Team Leader to join their team.

Working within the Business to Business debt recovery industry, the main purpose of this role is to manage & monitor the collections & legal team.


Key Core Responsibilities include:


  • Keeping abreast of changes to FCA & CSA guidelines and sharing any new knowledge with team
  • Maintaining confidentiality in relation to GDPR regulations whilst exercising due‐diligence
  • Understanding of Late Payment Regulations
  • Up‐to‐date certification in relation to GDPR, Anti‐Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing
  • Maintaining confidentiality in relation to all work undertaken
  • Ensuring all case work is noted and notes are both legible & free from profanities
  • Ensuring all complaints are handled as per the company guidelines on complaint handling & resolution
  • Ensuring all calls are answered professionally and in line with company procedures & customer expectations are exceeded
  • Working in line with our Equality Polices, no not discriminate or work cases with biases

You must have experience and knowledge of the debt recovery process as they would act as the go to person for queries and handling disputed accounts.

£27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
