Job Summary
You will be joining our accounts department based at our Head Office being responsible for carrying out the duties listed below.
It is essential you possess a flexible and positive can-do attitude, along with a willingness to learn and be part of a teamMain Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing supplier's invoices
- Reconciling supplier's statements
- Preparing and processing payment runs by bacs and cheque
- Liaising with supplier's and internal managers
- Dealing with queries
- General maintenance of the purchase ledger
Person Specification
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent computer skills including excel
- Good communication skills
- Must have a responsible and mature attitude and able to work independently with mínimal supervision to deadlines
