About Our Client:

As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team.

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Calculate and process salary adjustments, bonuses, and other payrollrelated transactions
  • Stay updated on relevant employment legislation and ensure payroll processes align with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure timely updates to employee information, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
  • Effectively communicate with employees regarding payrollrelated inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address crossfunctional payroll matters.
  • Generate and analyse payroll reports to support management decisionmaking and financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Payroll Coordinator will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • A strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
