SALARY:
£30,000 per annum plus £6,000 bonus

Due to growth, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support our external sales teams in customer service and administration.
LOCATION:
Glasgow - UK - Hybrid Working
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Inside Sales Executive
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for being a huge support to the external sales teams across XMA.
- Working as the main point of contact for customers with any issues or administration that needs completing
- Quoting and pipeline management to our customer with any inbound customer enquiries
- Order and backorder management with customer Inventory control and suggesting alternative products if any stock issues
- CRM management to maintain accurate records of customer contact
REQUIREMENTS:
Inside Sales Executive
- Previous customer service experience and confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls
- Interest in the sales side of a business and confidence in your ability to provide customers with an endtoend, positive experience
- Experience within an order processing or similar administration background would be advantageous
