- Finance Manager (FM)
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations as part of month end process
- Post month end journals
- Pension spreadsheet reports & updates
- Bank reconciliation
- PAYE/NI/VAT payment files
- Month end routine/close and reports
- Support in the production of draft statutory accounts
- compliance including preparation and submission of quarterly VAT & ONS returns.
- Supporting generation of Weekly cashflow forecasts
- Credit Control support.
- Supporting Corporation Tax computations and analysis.
- Research and development tax compliance.
- Reforecast tax calculations
- Ad hoc overseas tax submissions where required.
- Balance sheet forecasting and group reporting.
- CAPEX and Fixed Assets monthly maintenance ensuring additions and disposals are kept up to date.
- Expenses upload from Unit 4 to Harmony
- Weekly timesheet upload from Unit 4 to Harmony
- Setup of new users.
- Access control and maintenance
- Professionally qualified/part qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
- IFRS experience
- Weekly cash flow experience
- Experience of month end accounting and balance sheets
- Able to produce compliant statutory accounts for audits both internal and external
- Able to understand and apply taxation regulation.
- Excellent reporting skills with good attention to detail
