Due to growth is now looking to add another member to its professional team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and fashion-forward Senior Optical Advisor or someone with strong sales skills who is ready to step up into a management role. Experience is not vital, as we are willing to mold the right candidate with the right attitude and personality. Our ideal candidate possesses a great ethos for customer service, a quirky and dynamic personality, and a genuine passion for optics.
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
Strong Sales Skills: You have a proven track record of success in sales, and you're eager to apply your skills to the optical industry.
Leadership Potential: You are open to stepping into a management role and have long-term career goals within the optical field.
Customer Service Oriented: Providing exceptional customer service is at the core of your values.
Store Experience: Experience in a retail or store environment is a plus, ideally previous optics.
Passion for Optics: You have a genuine interest in optics and are eager to learn and grow in this field.
Quirky and Fashion-Forward: You bring a unique personality and fashion sense to the team, adding a touch of creativity to the workplace.
Well-Presented: You take pride in your appearance and represent our brand with a fashionable and professional demeanour.
Confident and Bubbly: Your confidence and bubbly personality make you approachable and able to build rapport with customers.
Desire for a Challenge: You thrive in challenging situations and are motivated to be the best in your role.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their style and needs.
Provide in-depth and personal optical consultations to clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Supervise and train junior staff as needed.
Help maintain the store's unique and quirky atmosphere.
Collaborate with the team to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
Work one clinic per day, conducting in-depth examinations.
See up to 10 patients per day, focusing on personalized care.
Maintain longer testing times to ensure comprehensive assessments.
Working Hours:
This is a flexible position, and the package will be determined based on the experience and potential of the right candidate (DOE – Depending on Experience). Saturday working is required every week to accommodate our customers' needs.
