Description
Veterinary Surgeon £66,000 per year Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester Medivet 24 Hour Ashton Full Time, Permanent Apply now View practice
We're excited to announce that due to growth at our 24 hour centre inAshton we are recruiting for a further veterinary surgeon to help meet our patient care needs.
Ashtonon has historically been a leader in practising minimally invasive surgical techniques which continues today. We are looking to build on the strong surgical foundations of this practice with the addition of another certificate holder – a Medicine or ECC certificate would be ideal but we would be interested in hearing from any candidates who would like to be part of a highly motivated team with clinical freedom to develop their own interest and provide a very high standard of care to pets in theLiverpool area.
The clinic itself is great, with a large prep area, imaging suite, and bespoke dog and cat wards with a separate isolation area. Withgood links to downtownLiverpool as well as the neighbouring Pennines providing a fabulous balance of city and rural options for your time off.
We offer a 4 day week, with no OOH and the option of either 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 full weekends on site.
The site is supported by its own highly experienced OOH team who work closely with the day time to ensure good handover and excellent patient care.
We are committed to providing work life balance for the team and we would be happy to consider flexible working or school hours friendly working arrangements.
Please do not hesitate to email for further enquiries.
