Prep & Logistics Operative

Arnold Magnetic Technologies has expanded globally over the course of 100+ years and built strong relationships with our customers worldwide. We service some of the worlds' most exciting existing and developing markets from motorsport, industrial, and medical to defence, aerospace, and specialist automotive.

We are looking for:

Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through from delivery to point of use both efficiently and safely.

Receiving, unpacking & counting all deliveries
Daily cycle counts of stocked components
Movement of material using forklift and other handling equipment
Order picking and entering material movements in ERP system (syteline)
Responding to material requests from other business departments
Preparation of components prior to the assembly operation eg; shotblasting, laser marking, cleaning
Issuing tooling and consumables as requested
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies. Support lean initiatives and promote continuous improvement.
To provide support and assistance to the line manager as appropriate

About you:

Previous experience with a similar role is ideal
Basic IT skills and the ability to use MS Office is essential
FLT License is desirable
Have strong attention to detail
