Our well established business is growing and we are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our team

Location - Birmingham City Centre

Hours:

8:45am 5:30pm Monday-Friday, alternative Saturdays 8:45am 4:00pm

Role Summary

Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Landlords & Tenants
Following office procedures & policies
Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
Window cards and branch material to be managed and rotated weekly
Order EPC's / required compliance
General touting for organic business growth
Registering Tenants and book in viewings
Conducting viewings in a professional manner
All pre and post reservation documents to be complied for move ins
Processing referencing management
All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback
Weekly Landlord care contact
Proactively ring thorough our database for business generation
Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material

Person Specification
We're looking for someone that is a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for you To join team JS, you'll need to be;

Has previous sales experience
Wants to join a successful and growing business
Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
Has a natural selling ability
Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
Ideally has 1 years' experience in a similar role
