Description

We are looking for a highly motivated people professional to join our team at an exciting time in the evolution of the People & Organisational Development Directorate as we grow to enable the organisation to meet its objectives through the commitment of our employees.


As a People & OD Business Partner you will work collaboratively across designated Directorates and will establish strong working relationships with the DHCW leadership team and quickly gain credibility with the Directorates and your People & OD colleagues.

You will Influence best people practices and initiatives across the organisation to help make DHCW an employer of choice.

The ability to analyse people data and present insightful findings will be a requirement for this role.

We are also looking for a people professional who has a wealth of experience of organisational change processes and up to date best practice within this area.


You will support the Senior People Business Partner and your team in the delivery of the People & OD Strategy which will enable DHCW's people deliver the organisation's objectives.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

You will also be required to support the delivery of a wide range of other People matters including all aspects of people performance, career development, and complex employee relation cases.

You will have a good knowledge of best people practice with a high level of experience and judgement. You will work to continuously evolve as a people professional through continuous professional development.
